About Maneely & Co Ltd

With more than 30 years' experience, Niall specialises in sales, lettings and valuations for commercial, agricultural and industrial properties. He also conducts valuations for secured lending, inheritance tax and ancillary relief purposes, and provides associated expert witness appearances.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a registered chartered valuer, Niall has advised on many modern residential developments and is a trusted advisor to various industrial and recreational providers.

Having previously worked in the Valuation and Lands Agency, a national firm of valuers, and a leading local legal firm, Niall launched Niall Maneely Estate Agents in 1996. It was later incorporated in 2001 as Maneely & Co Ltd.

A past member of the board of governors for a local primary school, Niall was also chairman of the Dungannon Regeneration Partnership and is a past president of the Rotary Club. He's also a local football club committee member and is heavily involved within the community.

As a registered valuer and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Colm specialises in valuation work and commercial lettings and management. He further handles secured lending compensation negotiations, taxation, ancillary relief valuations and matrimonial matters.

With the company since 2000, Colm previously worked in Land & Property Services in Cookstown and Omagh, where he honed his skills in compensation, taxation and rating valuation.

Outside the office, he's involved with local youth drama and enjoys catching up with friends over a pint.

Connor joined the team in 2006, having previously completing his work placement with us while at university. Graduating with a degree in Property Investment and Development and a Diploma in Industrial Studies, Connor specialises in sales, lettings and valuations for all property types. He also conducts valuations for secured lending, inheritance tax and ancillary relief purposes on a daily basis.

Connor is a Registered Valuer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and he currently heads up our Cookstown branch with the support of a great team.

A keen rugby enthusiast, Connor previously played for this local club but recently hung up his boots, apart from the odd game of indoor soccer at the weekend. He still enjoys going out for food, a few drinks, and weekends away with his family.

Eoin joined Maneely & Co in 2014 after he graduated from Ulster University with a Master's degree in Planning & Property Development while also achieving a Diploma in Industrial Studies.

As a qualified Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer, Eoin works within the valuation department and carries out a wide range of valuations for a diverse variety of clients on a daily basis. Furthermore, Eoin also specialises in land & property sales and letting of commercial & industrial property.

When he's not in the office, you'll generally find Eoin performing on stage – either as a leading member of his band ‘The Knights' or treading the boards as an amateur actor. Eoin is also a sports enthusiast and plays football for his local Gaelic & soccer clubs, as well as being a keen golfer as a member of Dungannon Golf Club.

Paula joined Maneely & Co in 2002. Since then, she has successfully achieved AssocRICS in February 2022 and became an RICS Registered Valuer in June 2022.

Paula has an in-depth knowledge of the local and wider property markets and has worked closely with the valuers within the office in the undertaking, administration, and preparation of valuations to assist in the provision of valuation services to the highest Global Standards as RICS professionals. Paula is very focused on customer service and is always eager to assist in all areas of the business.

Having become qualified, Paula is delighted to have entered a new chapter in her career and is looking forward to furthering her skills within the residential valuation department and her next aim is to become an MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor.

Outside of the office Paula loves to spend time with her husband and daughters and is planning for a big trip on Route 66 with her husband in an open top Chevrolet!

Pam joined the team at Maneely & Co in 2021 as Sales Manager when we opened our second branch in Cookstown, she has a wealth of experience having worked in the industry for over 20 years having spent the majority of her time in the Mid Ulster Area.

Pam has worked in all roles possible from Rental Negotiator, Sales Negotiator and New Homes Manager right through to owning her own Estate Agency Office in Moy, which is a testament to her commitment in offering her clients the highest levels of service. Truly a people person, Pam has a professional, efficient, and friendly approach and takes enormous delight in guiding our vendors and purchasers through the property sales process.

Originating from Benburb, Pam has been living in Cookstown for almost 20 years with her husband and she enjoys travelling, photography and marketing.

Lina joined Maneely & Co in 2018 and she works within the rental department managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Lina specialises in lettings and property management on behalf of a wide range of clients.

Originally from Lithuania, Lina has university bachelor's degree in Public Administration, and she has completed an ESOL course which has developed her fluent English.

In her spare time, Lina enjoys reading and is a travel enthusiast.

Michael joined Maneely & Co in 2022 after he graduated from Ulster University with BSc Honours in Real Estate whilst achieving a Diploma in Professional Practice. Michael has a passion for property and has begun his journey to become a RICS member as a Chartered Surveyor.

Outside of the Maneely & Co office, Michael plays for his local Gaelic & Soccer teams.

Michael is a motorcycle racer and is a Supersport Cup Champion, Irish open pitbike champion, 2 time motorcycle rider of the year nominee and also raced in the British Superbike paddock for R&R Racing.

Jeylan joined Maneely & Co in 2021. As the office administrator in Dungannon, Jeylan's role consists of liaising with customers, front of house and providing administration support to her colleagues.

Jeylan has a keen interest in learning to further her knowledge and continue her career in real estate.

Outside of work, Jeylan enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and practising the art of interior design.

Mari is the first point of contact with our clients in the Cookstown branch and provides assistance to our team members on a daily basis.

She is one of our newest members and is always happy to help our clients any way possible. Originally from Costa Rica, Mari is multilingual and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

She loves cooking, dogs and travelling.

Responsible for all the financial systems and reporting requirements at Maneely & Co, Oliver has years of experience in the areas of banking, engineering and manufacturing. Training at Coopers & Lybrand after graduating from Queen's University, he joined the team back in 2006.

He was inducted into the Institute of Chartered Accounts in 1995, now renamed Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI), and in 2005 became a Fellow member of CAI.

A big sports fan, you'll often find Oliver out on the golf course, while he also enjoys travelling and seeing the world.
