• Collect and forward monthly ren, deal with the NIHE and Rates Office where necessary
• Deal with repairs and issues of maintenance
• Provide a monthly statement of account and annual statement for accounts/tax
• Provide advice and negotiation skills for rent reviews and lease renewals
