Should Your Agent Carry Out Your Viewings?

Good Morning, hope everyone's morning has got off to a good start.  

To kick start our blog we have some helpful advice and something we discuss with all our clients when listing their property with us.

At Maneely and Co an experienced sales team member will accompany all viewings carried out at your property. 

Our job as your agent is to help the potential buyers see themselves living in your home, this can be difficult with you showing them around as they see it as your home.  Often potential buyers will not say what they don't like in front of the current homeowners, if they do speak openly about their dislikes as the homeowner you will be more like to take it personally leaving a negative feeling all round.  The potential viewers are more inclined to speak openly to the agent, who has all the knowledge to help them see things differently.
