Congratulations Paula

Maneely & Co Ltd are delighted that RICS has confirmed that Paula Lavery has successfully achieved AssocRICS and RICS Registered Valuer Status.

Paula joined Maneely & Co 20 years ago in May 2002 and more recently has been working towards her professional qualifications, folloing our RICS approved Structured Training Plan.

Having completed the relevant experience, Paula was eligible to go forward for the AssocRICS assessment in her chose pathway of Real Estate Agency and further completing Valuation competency by demonstrating her skills, knowledge and level of competency by demonstrating her skills, knowledge and level of competency she has been successful in this assessment and is now an Associate member of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer.

Paula will continue with her professional experience and her next aim is to become and MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor, which will involve another assessment of Professional Competence (APC) following the relevant experience.

Besides being fantastic news for Paula personally, Paula's career development is great news for Maneely & Co Ltd as we continue to grow and move forward!
