Emergencies
If you have an emergency outside of our office hours, please call the out-of-hours emergency number included in your Tenancy Guide. We'll do our best to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Please note: If an issue is reported as an emergency and a contractor is called out, but it turns out not to be an urgent matter, you may be responsible for any costs involved.
